Herbert Schuster founded Innoplexia in 2010 and has led the company since then as managing director – supported by the best team in the world.

Ralph Kirchhoff

In 2016, Ralph Kirchhoff joined Prof. Dr. Herbert Schuster in the management of Innoplexia GmbH – as co-managing director.

Partnership with Anpfiff ins Leben e.V.

Since the beginning of 2017, Innoplexia GmbH has been a proud partner of the Anpfiff ins Leben e.V. initiative.

The not-for-profit body, which was set up in 2011 by Dietmar Hopp and Anton Nagl, supports young people in creating the best conditions for their personal and professional futures. In addition, the initiative aims to bring together people of different generations with and without handicaps.

And to achieve the goal – a natural and long-lasting social togetherness – the leaders of the group rely on the positive effects of team sport. Through integrated promotion of youth sport and promotion of physical activity for amputees, values such as self-confidence, teamwork, the ability to accept criticism, and tolerance are conveyed and developed.
